Business Start-up Program
This program is designed to discover the business’s vision and values so the whole organisation is aligned to the business’s direction. After discovering the business vision and values, Ignite Choice works with the decision makers (i.e. the owners, directors or managers) to get their personal values clear and ensure they are also aligned with the business direction.
When your people are aligned to your business values their motivation increases and they feel valued so will take on extra responsibility to help the business achieve their goals.
This program is best suited to a new business, a business that has been running and has begun to lose direction or a business that is about to expand.
This program is a long term partnership, usually 1 year, between the coach and the performance-based sales person wanting to significantly increase their performance. This program is based on results for both parties. After the initial engagement fee, if the sales person doesn’t achieve results above their current levels then no fees are payable.
By removing ‘blocks’ that are currently limiting your growth, significant improvement in results can achieved in a short period of time. This is not short-term motivation rather long-term permanent changes that will benefit you now and in the future.

Business Brain storming Program
Your business coach will help facilitate a brain storming session with your team. Having someone independent from your business can be powerful as they may see what you cannot as you are too close to your business. Asking powerful questions to help your team think ‘outside the box’ can maximise your results.
Our Sales Program
This program is designed for sales people to help maximise their closing ratios. 86% of communication is non-verbal. The program teaches your sales people how to understand what the customer is communicating, verbally and non-verbally, and how to best respond to achieve the best outcome for the customer and your organisation.
External Personal Coach
One of the highest cost to businesses is training new staff. By offering an independent coach, that is fully aware of your organisation’s vision and values, for staff to talk over any issues with can result in issues being resolved before personal discontent sets in. This can not only affect the person’s work but may cause them to disrupt others. By valuing your employees they will reward you by being loyalty. This is a long term cost saving program.
